Jewish Women Head Coverings
For those who think that Muslim women wearing a veil (hijab) is down …?

Do you also believe that Jews and Christian women cover their hair are oppressed? There are several branches of Christianity, where women cover their heads (Amish, Mennonites and others) and Orthodox Jews so do women. Some Muslim countries as required by law, but most do not. And Muslim women are entitled to not use the hijab-LOL actually I am a pagan. But I like the hijab and could try.

I do not think any of these women are oppressed. They do it willingly, because they see the value of this form of modesty. This goes especially for Christians to cover their hair while living in a society that is certainly not the norm. In some Muslim countries, it would be dangerous not to wear hijab is therefore a form of protection and also keeps the sun and sand her beautiful black hair.
